How to Apply Praja Palana Ration Card 2024- Eligibility and Application Form

Telangana Praja Palana Ration Card was announced by the Government. Ration card is to help for poor people in the state.

One should apply for Praja Palana scheme to get benefits like Mahalakshmi Scheme, Gruha Jyothi scheme, Rythu Bharosa Scheme and more.

Telangana Citizens had a chance to apply for Praja Palana from December 26, 2023 to January 6,2024. The documents are getting digitalized by the officials. Those who had not applied for the scheme should wait till the next phase, Telangana Government is still in discussion with officials to make the Praja Palana application process whole year.

The Government also announced the New Ration Card Application process.

Many citizens of Telangana are waiting for New Ration card,There are many families who are below poverty but with no ration cards also new families are also waiting to avail benefits like Indiramma Indlu, Aarogyasri scheme through Ration Card.

Officers suggested that Applicants should follow guidelines provided by Telangana Government to apply for Praja Palana Ration card.

Eligibility for Praja Palana Ration Card

Government provides benefit for people with Ration cards.

All the citizens of Telangana who belong to economically backward sections are eligible for white Ration card.

People can apply for a New Ration card if they are eligible.

Steps to Apply for Ration card

1. Fill the details in the first page of the form
2. Details include-Head of Family, Date of Birth, caste Details, Aadhar Number, Ration Card Number(if available), Occupation details, Family members details. 
3. Attach a Passport Size Photo
4. Attach Aadhar card copy
5. Attach a copy of White Ration Card
6. Do signature wherever indicated
7. Submit the Application at Praja Palana centre or Mee Seva

Along with Praja Palana Scheme applicants can also apply for a Ration Card. Applicant should also attach copy of Aadhar card and White ration card, But what about people who don’t have white ration card and willing to apply for a New one under Praja Palana Scheme?, Don’t worry our honorable Chief Minister Revanth Reddy sir has clarified that based on Application details officials are going to select beneficiaries for Ration cards after door to door verification.
